OVERVIEW
Apacheria Traders' business interest is to find, research and resell legally tradeable antiquities of our historic past. Based on that philosophy you should expect to find a diversity of collectibles in our offerings. However, you will not find firearms for sale unless they are classified as antique, under the Federal Firearms Law. We believe the beauty of an antique firearm is in the history it represents. Therefore, we do not warrant those antique firearms for shooting.
ORDERING
In order to purchase an item you must complete and sign the purchase order form and send that form along with a personal check, cashiers check, line of credit check, or money order to Apacheria Traders. We do accept credit cards.
In the event that multiple purchase orders are received for the same item, the first P.O. to arrive will be the purchaser. If the multiple purchase orders arrive on the same day, then the first one postmarked will be the purchaser. Any proceeds received from the unsuccessful purchaser will be immediately returned.
SHIPPING
Items ordered and paid for by Cashiers Check and Money Order will be shipped no later than the next working day after receipt of funds. Items paid for by personal check or line of credit check will be shipped as soon as those checks have cleared.
Orders will be shipped to the purchaser by either UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Ground, Federal Express, DHL, or US Post Office. The item will be insured for purchase price. Items that are small and sell for less that $500 will be in the $10-$20 range. This charge includes packaging, shipping costs, insurance and the process of the carrier getting someone at the buyer’s shipping address to sign for the item. Larger items and items that sell for more than $500 will be more cost more and will depend upon the method of shipping preferred by the buyer. A price will be given at time of purchase.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERING/SHIPPING
Purchasers outside the US must provide detailed shipping instructions including import requirements. Additional shipping charges, import fees, etc. if any, will have to be resolved prior to shipping.
INSPECTION PERIOD
All items purchased, except those items marked "as is" or sold on lay-a-way will have a 3-day inspection period for right of return for full refund of purchase price.
LAY-A-WAY
Lay-a-Ways are accepted. At time of purchase send in 25% of the total price of the item and an outline of the payment plan you propose. The plan should include at least once per month payments and be paid in full within 90 days of purchase. An order confirmation, a payment receipt and payment schedule will be sent to you the next working day after receipt of funds. In the event of default, 25% of the purchase price will not be refunded.
